How long will it take to process my order?
All items are shipped in up to 7 work days from my studio in Israel. If you are in a hurry and need your order to get to you as soon as possible please contact us here and we will do our best to speed it up.

Yes, If you'd like your order to arrive faster, you can choose express shipping from the shipping options during checkout.

Customs and Duties?
If your purchase is held up by customs, any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We attach the proper documentation to speed up the customs process.

How can I Track My Package?
After shipping, we supply to you a tracking number, but, unless you choose the express shipping option, for certain countries there is no way to track a package after it has left Israel, and the tracking is not always reliable. If you choose express shipping, then your package will be surely trackable.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact me within 14 days from the day you received your order and we will work out a refund or exchange. Cover of the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in saleable condition.

Payments are via PayPal Or Direct Payment via Credit Cards (Isracard, Visa, American Express) - choose during Checkout
*If you don't have a PayPal account you can sign up very easily during the Checkout process.
NOTE about PayPal payments: citizens of: USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, GREAT BRITAIN & ISRAEL, can make the payment via paypal WITHOUT paypal account using credit card, and do it in the Computer (this option doesn't work in mobile/ipad).
